I started a vegan, low-FODMAP bakery because I strongly believe food effects many aspects of health and wellness. There is however a lack of options with dietary restrictions, particularly those adhering to a gluten free*, vegan and low-FODMAP diet. Wanting to offer delicious and satisfying options for these individuals, I decided to combine my passion for baking with a commitment to inclusivity and accessibility in dietary choices. Now, I take pride in creating baked goods that not only taste great, but also cater to diverse dietary needs and preferences.
Our mission at Deliciously Digestible Bakery is to create delicious, allergen-sensitive, low FODMAP, vegan, and gluten-free* baked goods.
(*While we use gluten-free flour, it is possible that other ingredients are produced in locations where there is gluten present and therefore may have traces of gluten)
